As Contract Specialist you will :
Negotiate contracts with clients (mostly with big groups such as Airbus, Safran, Michelin, ARCYS, John
Deere, Alstom ...).
Negotiate contract with integrators (mostly with big groups such as SOPRA, Capgemini ...).
Negotiate contract with partners/ suppliers (public: CNRS, CEA, smaller companies nSilition and/or
bigger PowerCast, CISCO).
Master 2 (no business law nor labor law) and/or specialization in contract law. Some IP knowledge would be a plus (for contract negotiations).
4-5 years’ experience in contract management.
Flexibility/creativity, ability to adapt the rules to specific issues while being rigorous
Experience with semiconductors and design houses would be a plus
Good time management / capacity to deal and organize priorities
